At Joy French Art, each artwork is a unique, original piece created with care and intention. Please read the following policy carefully before purchasing or commissioning artwork.

Commissioned Artwork – Changes

We are happy to make reasonable changes to commissioned artwork during the creation process. This includes adjustments to colour, tone, or minor details, as discussed and agreed upon throughout the commissioning stage.

Once a commission has been approved as complete or delivered, no further changes can be made.

No Refunds on Original Artwork

Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of original artworks and commissioned pieces, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once the artwork has been completed or purchased.

This policy applies to:

  • Original artworks
  • Commissioned paintings
  • Custom portrait or pet artworks

Damaged Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of:

  • The damaged artwork
  • The packaging and shipping materials

If damage occurred during transit, a full replacement or repair will be arranged at no cost to you, including all production and shipping costs.
